Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Manager Toolkit (“the service”), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of the service
The service is provided for managing teams, catchups, meetings, actions, and related workflows. You must use it in accordance with these terms and applicable law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use the service for your own internal business purposes.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when registering. You may close your account at any time; our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data on deletion.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to:
- Break any applicable law or encourage others to do so
- Infringe others’ intellectual property or privacy rights
- Transmit malware, spam, or harmful or illegal content
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or other users’ data
- Overload or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
We may suspend or terminate your access if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you upload or create in the service. By using the service, you grant us the rights we need to host, store, and display that content and to provide related features (e.g. AI summaries where you have enabled them). We do not use your content for marketing or to train third-party models in a way that identifies you, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Our intellectual property
The service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer the service except as allowed by applicable law or with our written permission.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all warranties (express or implied) and are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (or, if you have not paid, zero).
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may notify you by email or in the product. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
