Privacy Policy

Overview

Manager Toolkit (“we”, “our”, or “the service”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our product.

We do not sell or trade your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or usage data to third parties under any circumstances. Your data is used only to provide and improve the service you use.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when using the product, such as:

  • Account and profile information (e.g. name, email) for sign-in and support
  • Teams, team members, catchups, meetings, actions, key themes, surveys, and related content you create
  • Preferences and settings (e.g. AI toggles, UI preferences)

We may also collect technical information (e.g. device type, browser) to operate and improve the service. We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page visits and feature usage (see the Analytics section below for details). We use authentication providers (e.g. Clerk) for sign-in; their use of your data is governed by their privacy policies.

How we use your information

We use your information to run the product (e.g. storing your teams, notes, and actions), to personalise your experience, to provide optional AI features (such as summaries and suggestions when you enable them), and to communicate with you about the service (e.g. important updates or support). We may use aggregated, non-identifying data to improve the product.

Data retention and deletion

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. Once you request account deletion, we remove your data in line with our internal procedures and do not use it thereafter for any purpose.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and will notify you if we become aware of a breach that affects your data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated information about how people use the product — for example which pages are visited, how often features are used, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand what matters most to our users so we can focus on developing the features people care about.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. The information collected is processed in aggregate and does not personally identify you. We do not use Google Analytics to track individual behaviour, build advertising profiles, or serve targeted ads.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Third parties

We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the product (e.g. hosting, authentication, analytics, and optional AI). These include Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics as described above. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict use to providing the service. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage and delete your account and data from your profile. For other requests or questions about this policy, contact us using the details below.

Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
