We do not sell or trade your data

Teams, team members, catchups, meetings, actions, key themes, surveys, and related content you create

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data such as page visits and feature usage (see the Analytics section below for details). We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your profile settings. Once you request account deletion, we remove your data in line with our internal procedures and do not use it thereafter for any purpose.

We use industry-standard measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we work to reduce risk and will notify you if we become aware of a breach that affects your data.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated information about how people use the product — for example which pages are visited, how often features are used, and general usage patterns. This helps us understand what matters most to our users so we can focus on developing the features people care about.

Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect this data. The information collected is processed in aggregate and does not personally identify you. We do not use Google Analytics to track individual behaviour, build advertising profiles, or serve targeted ads.

You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings.

Third parties

We use a limited set of third-party services to operate the product (e.g. hosting, authentication, analytics, and optional AI). These include Google Analytics for anonymous usage analytics as described above. These providers process data on our behalf under agreements that restrict use to providing the service. We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

Your rights
